Firsts

Inspired by the utterly fantabulous @motherventing I have decided to write a post on my firsts.

So, here we go.

Who was your first boyfriend?

My first proper boyfriend was my husband.  I'd had a few casual things, FWB if you like, before him.  In fact I had one when I met the husband and dumped him, if you can call it that, before anything happened with the husband.

First person you kissed?

A proper kiss with tongues?  I was *gulp* 10 years old.  He was 11.  He was IN SENIOR SCHOOL!  I was a protestant from Ballymena, Northern Ireland who had just moved to England.  He was an Irish Catholic.  I was physically sick afterwards, on the hall carpet.  It put me off Cherryade for life but, alas, not kissing.  To this day I am not sure whether my mum was more upset that I'd kissed a Catholic boy or that I'd been sick on her carpet.

First Job?

Paper round.  It was dire, long and cold.  And probably the most exercise I have ever done in my life.

First pay packet?  What did you do with it?

From the paper round.  It was probably spent on clothes from MK1 on a Saturday afternoon.

First CD you remember buying?

Please don't kill me...

First holiday abroad?

French Exchange.

What age were you when you moved out of your parents' home?

18.

So there you go, some firsts.  Feel free to do your own and/or slate mine.
